UKREiiF 2023 - Beyond Net Zero Pavilion

We are in partnership again with the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council hosting a 3-day programme in the Beyond Net Zero Pavilion in Leeds between 16-18 May at UKREiiF. The Beyond Net Zero Pavilion is back, bigger and with a packed showcase programme featuring some of the leading thinkers and companies from across the development sector.  We invite members to a special UKBCSD lunch, and showcase member work.
Members' Autumn Conference - Clean Growth and Cities

One of our key events in the calendar for members of UKBCSD. We hope to encourage debate and challenge throughout the day and showcase some of the best practices happening across the UK and beyond net zero. Our programme is evolving, but here are some of the topics we hope to discuss; Keynote: Clean Growth, Environment and Business Net Zero Clean Growth Government response Q&A  Panel session; city leaders and shapers discussing what's happening on the ground in cities in preparation for net zero and beyond.  Investable, Sustainable Development Projects Q&A
The David Middleton Sustainability Conference 2022

We are proud to be a partner of this conference.  David was a fantastic leader on sustainability, our longest standing CEO and a good friend to many of us. For 2022 the event will again be bringing together a mix of speakers from large and small organisations in the public, private and third sector looking at all aspects of Sustainability and Climate Change including Energy, Transport, the Circular Economy , Construction, Finance and more. Looking at both the Challenges and the Solutions. With the aim being for participants to have the opportunity to network, share knowledge and hear from some great speakers.

Mainstreaming Sustainability Mini Conference & Dinner

We are bringing together members and external speakers for our Mainstreaming Sustainability mini conference – some of you were due to attend this event last year, before Covid intervened and unfortunately, we had to postpone.  While we believe that the best debates are held in an informal environment – short speeches, panel conversations, audience challenges - the discussion will be highly topical, focusing on three important themes.
  • Delivering Sustainability in a greenwashing era
    Two webinars focussing on sustainability
    In the first, "Cop26 - the noise and the reality", cutting through the noise, giving us an overview of key decisions and debates coming out of COP26.

    The second, "What is Clean Growth? The Bradford effect", looking at Clean Growth as a whole and how Bradford is looking to deliver Clean Growth.
